Description

This PR completes the Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR) localization for the web.po file, covering all 11.562 lines with accurate, consistent, and idiomatic translations.

Changes Made

✅ Translated all strings in packages/lib/translations/pt-BR/web.po
✅ Updated language headers:
✅ Ensured placeholder consistency ({...}) across all translations
✅ Maintained HTML tag integrity (<0>, </0>, etc.)
