📄 Description

This PR includes the following additions and improvements for both the Community and Enterprise Edition's Admin Dashboard page:

Added a new route to the table for deleting an existing user.
Rectified the description for "Deleting pending invites" and changed "self-hosted instance" to "instance."
Added an info card below the User Management APIs table.
Fixed a minor character issue in the InfraTokens section.
