Cloudflare网络在中国大陆访问受限，导致无法访问 https://docs.certimate.me

可访问性：

HTTP3：ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR
docs.certimate.me 104.21.92.121 链接重置
docs.certimate.me 2606:4700:3037::6815:5c79 链接重置
访问 docs.certimate.me 现状：

修复建议：

使用Vercel/Netilfy替代 (申请Netilfy Open Source Account可以免费获得Pro Plan)
如继续使用Cloudflare，应关闭QUIC
备案就能免费用的无限流量国内CDN：
- 腾讯云EdgeOne免费版和 EdgeOne Pages（国内版账号可以通过定期发放的激活码或者套餐到期降级获得免费版，国际版可以通过 edgeone.ai 获得）
- 国际版阿里云ESA 免费版(Entrance)
更多建议：
- 注册本项目的 cn 域名（相对.me更正式）。既便于备案，又可用作上述国内CDN加速
- 域名更简洁：使用 certimate.me (.cn) 而非 docs.certimate.me
