Scope

Create / configure a launcher for the JAR with the following requirements

=> Ability to run on Windows, Mac and Linux
Maybe create an launcher binary for each one?

=> Automatically download the JRE if no compatible was found

Additional Information

=> Lack of a .bat and .sh executable to make it easier to run the program

I'm not considering this a priority right now, I consider people are doing well with the current distribution method, people in most cases uses docker image, also
