Currently, disabled projects are not handled as expected in the UI.

Tasks:

Able to see disabled projects in breadcrumbs.
Able to open the project page if the ID is known, even if it is disabled.

Expected Behavior:

Disabled projects should be visible in the breadcrumbs to allow easier navigation and context.
Users should be able to access the project page directly via its ID, regardless of its disabled state.

Labels: enhancement, bug

Additional Notes:

Ensure proper UI/UX handling for disabled state.
This will improve accessibility and project management.
