A global "Select All" toggle for all collections.
A per-collection toggle for all permissions in that collection.
Sync between parent/child checkboxes using react-hook-form.

Use Cases

Select All Permissions – enable all CRUD permissions for all collections at once.
Per-Collection Select All – toggle all CRUD permissions for a specific collection only.
