Make as Default button always disabled in Domains. Reproduction link
When adding a new domain, it is setting as the default domain by default. Reproduction link
When clicking on Generate default Domain in onboarding getting undefined.up.dflow.sh if connection type is SSH

Also, in this reproduction link, I clearly see the default domain boolean is turned on.
