When the server is provided by DFlow and the user has not connected via SSH at least once, display a random placeholder UI indicating that the server is still under provisioning.

Additionally, while purchasing the VPS, make up to 30 attempts to fetch server details. If the system is still unable to fetch the details or connect properly after 30 attempts, display a "Contact Us" option for users to seek assistance.
