Add support for dokku builder:set to allow setting a custom build path for an app, which is especially useful for monorepos where only a specific subdirectory needs to be built. This feature should work across different deployment types, including:

Dockerfile deployments
Buildpack deployments
Railpack deployments

This enhancement will improve flexibility and streamline deployments in complex repository structures.
