The current info message prompts users to add a server first, but it does not clarify that the onboarding process needs to be completed before they can create any server, project, or service. We need to update the message to inform users that they must go through the onboarding process before being able to create a server, project, or service. The updated message should guide users in completing onboarding before proceeding with these actions.
