I'm not able to debug this until later, I suspect we are throwing an error when this happens. Does not effect all notices, nor does it seem related to notice type. Will update this issue when I have a chance to dig into it.

Now I can't reproduce this. I refactored some wordpress module set stuff recently, maybe I fixed it! Closing unless it re-appears.
