Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Notices this when an outbound message failed. The CC recipients were blanked out, as was the selected SMTP server. A warning was generated about the SMTP server:
