A duplicate profile entry is being added to settings with a broken name that conflicts with other entries. I need to dig into the code to determine why it's being added. I suspect it has to do with the recent addition of a "default" profile.

I can't reproduce this so hopefully it was due to a bad user setting row that was created during development. If this re-appears I will re-open this bug.
