When replying to an E-mail the code tries hard to pick the correct profile, but when sending a new message the sending profile is just whatever is first in the list. Add a checkbox to the profile edit page to set a default, then display that on the profile summary page. On the compose page, select the default when composing a new message (or if the reply logic fails).
