Expand the initial Selenium tests, and utilize Browserstack to test different environments.

Travis CI and BrowserStack are now working together to run our Selenium tests on commit (with a variety of PHP versions, browsers, and DB backends). Still need to add more tests!

This is just general upkeep, so I'm going to close this for now and open specific issues on things I want to improve with our end to end testing process. FWIW, we have a decent number of selenium tests now working with all browser except Safari as it seems very particular.
