This is available in Cypht within Tiki, for emails moved to Tiki (and no longer in IMAP)

Context:

Cypht is bundled in Tiki: https://doc.tiki.org/Cypht
Emails can be moved to Trackers: https://doc.tiki.org/Email-folders-Tracker-Field
Tiki has relevance sorting in search: https://doc.tiki.org/Search

Also adding emails from IMAP folders is a low priority task.

For MariaDB/MySQL, InnoDB FULLTEXT is an option. Some notes here:
