If the email is sent via a reputable vendor, it can be worth it to inform them their platform is used to send spam.

If an email comes from an entity listed at https://www.datarequests.org/company/, we could add a tool to facilitate a request via https://www.datarequests.org

Some ideas for a UI:
For all emails, it should indicate the transactional email sender (ex.: salesforce.com, rediffmailpro.com, etc.)
And there should be a UI wizard to create banning rules. You click ban, and then it asks you:
