Let's progressively move to a state where any active developer could generate a release.

Document everything
Automate what makes sense

We should release at least 1 major release per year, and a minor release every few months.

2 different devs have released Cypht since https://unencumberedbyfacts.com/2023/06/14/cypht-rebooted/
