For end users reporting bugs and for developers, it's important to know what is the currently used version of Cypht.

It can be a released version (ex.: 1.3.0) or a branch and revision ID (master at revision a3462b1)

In Tiki, we show in the admin panel, and we have a module which can be shown to anonymous users:
https://gitlab.com/tikiwiki/tiki/-/blob/master/templates/modules/mod-git_detail.tpl

Please add something for Cypht (only logged-in users)
