Basically the same idea as what I'm proposing there ;) https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/-/issues/1967
This facilitates good email netiquette.

This behavior can be seen in Thunderbird, GMail, Apple Mail, Horde (of all things!), and probably others.
