Currently IMAP folders are paginated at 20 per page. Add an option to allow users to set this to whatever they want within a reasonable range.

Support for configuring this has been added: github.com/jasonmunro/cypht@9960772284

The default is 20, but now it can be set to anything up to 1000 per page.
