1.新版本怎么没有切换语言的选项了？现在是默认根据IP识别语言吗？我想固定成中文如何更改？
2.系统设置页面内的Resend Token List，已经添加的API令牌没有删除按钮，不方便清理。

根据浏览器的默认语言，resend token 不输入就是删除
