功能描述 / Description

希望可以增加pages的证书部署

请求动机 / Motivation

目前有一些简单的网页直接丢到腾讯云的pages了，但发现不支持自动部署证书，只能手动选择已上传的证书，还要留意过期问题，因此希望新增支持

很遗憾，目前腾讯云没有提供 Pages 的相关 API。

Issue 我先关闭了，日后腾讯云更新 OpenAPI 了再开新 FR 吧。
