缺陷描述 / Description

自动触发任务没有执行。创建了五个工作流，前两个有自动执行，后三个创建后就没有执行过。更新版本后有手动执行过

创建工作流，等待复现，非稳定复现

因为我本地无法复现 😂

刚更新的时间，更新后连执行也没有执行诶，https://github.com/certimate-go/certimate/issues/790 的issue也没有提及没执行需要怎么解决
