问题描述 / Description

get directory at 'https://dv.acme-v02.api.pki.goog/directory': Get "https://dv.acme-v02.api.pki.goog/directory": dial tcp 142.250.217.110:443: connectex: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

出现上面的错误。代理也开了（全局和规则都试过）。也export了全局了。还是出现这个，是哪里还需要配置吗
