都是使用http文件验证方式来验证的，可以解决没有域名解析管理权
请求动机 / Motivation
我手上有些证书，没有域名解析管理权，每次申请新证书的时候，都是使用http文件验证方式来验证的，请增加使用文件验证方式来申请域名证书
