缺陷描述 / Description

When duplicate a workflow the Deployment (Webhook) not retain the deployment application certificate (undefine).

复现步骤 / Steps to reproduce

Create a workflow with deployment type Webhook from Standard workflow
On Deployment node select any type and Certificate field choose Application - Certificate
Save and release the workflow
Duplicate the workflow and go to Deployment node

Expected: The Application - Certificate show be selected
Actual: Show Undefined - Undefined
