功能描述 / Description
是否可以新增一个功能，比如我不需要通过Let‘s Encrypt上申请证书，证书是通过阿里云买了一个泛域名证书，此时我在certimate中的证书管理中上传这个证书，然后在工作流里部署阶段选择这个证书就可以直接部署了，等证书在下一次即将过期前，我将证书管理中的这个证书改一下pem和key就可以在下一次工作流自动执行的时候去部署证书，这样我就不需要在每一个工作流上传证书
