缺陷描述 / Description

部署流程报错，进入服务器后发现创建的'\etc\ssl\certimate'不是目录而是文件。截图如下

复现步骤 / Steps to reproduce

1、创建工作流
2、创建证书、上传证书均成功
3、部署证书时报错
4、手动部署可以成功
