缺陷描述 / Description

标准模板/空白模板，手动添加监控节点后，后续无法添加分支（即执行成功/失败，证书有效/证书无效），仅能在监控模板内使用。

复现步骤 / Steps to reproduce

新建标准模板/空白模板；
添加监控节点；
监控节点后添加执行结果分支，无反应。
