缺陷描述 / Description

1panelv2版本，面板使用自签证书。开启了忽略证书错误

部署证书的时候仍旧报错
failed to upload certificate file: failed to execute sdk request '1panel.SearchWebsiteSSL': 1panel api error: failed to send request: Post "https://xxxxx/api/v2/websites/ssl/search": tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority
