我记得NS托管在CF是可以自动管理续签Google Trust Services证书，我有一个网站是这样做的。但是还有其他网站NS没托管在CF也支持吗？

可以。CNAME 给 CloudFlare。
部署自定义证书到 CloudFlare 也不是不能做，但鉴于人家本身已经提供全套免费证书的情况下优先级不高。如果你有能力，欢迎贡献代码。

CloudFlare 截止 2026.02 仅免费提供二级域名的泛 ssl 证书，多级域需要启用 Total TLS (该功能需要付费开通 Advanced certificates)
所以我感觉该功能可以提上议程https://blog.cloudflare.com/total-tls-one-click-tls-for-every-hostname/#advanced-certificates-the-customizable-option
CloudFlare 上传自定义证书也需要开通付费计划
