I'm trying to run an install on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS Server and when i run the installer i get an error:

Process terminated. Couldn't find a valid ICU package installed on the system. Set the configuration flag System.Globalization.Invariant to true if you want to run with no globalization support.

I installed libicu74 and libicu-dev and did a reboot however same error on both.

So website still offers licensing to sell but here it does not look like its being maintained etc. Is this still active?
