That is the network issue and you can do it in many ways, depending a lot on what you have currently, etc. Port forwarding on your, HTTP proxy, iptables rules, etc. You have a local HTTP server (cam2ip) you want online, so search for that.
Closing, it is not related to cam2ip and it is too broad a question.
