卸载 app 后重装 id 会变化。如果能在 app 上自定义就好了。

貌似不行吧，Bark 借助 APNs 推送消息，你重装 app 后，应该会重新注册 device token

允许注册账户，每次重新注册设备时把新的id更新一下，像ddns一样？
