Also did you take a look at the help post? In there, the section "My Antivirus Detected the exe as a Virus" goes over why this is.

If you believe auto-py-to-exe or PyInstaller is a virus, you are more than welcome to read the source code and compile it yourself. The source code for both projects are on GitHub.
