During installation, Windows Defender detects a threat - Trojan:Win32/Zpevdo.B
See Powershell logs attached: powershell.log

Trojan located here:
C:\Users***\AppData\Local\Temp\easy_install-6d161r8h\pyinstaller-4.3\PyInstaller\bootloader\Windows-32bit\run.exe
