Atlantis is developed as a support component of Proxyman and Proxyman is a great tool to inspect and play with requests and responses.

But sometimes it would be more convenient if we can look at the request and response in-app without moving between app and Proxyman.

Even if it is a read-only feature without any advanced tool (like Map, script, etc..) it can be veryhelpfull. One such example is netfox.

Do we have any plan to include an in-app inspector view in Atlantis?

Yay. It's possible to support a previewer view on iOS.

The reason why I would use Proxyman to inspect the traffic is that we can leverage many cool features from Proxyman, such as a

  • Comprehensive Filter (by header, body, query, ...)
  • Previewer tab: JSON, Form, Cookie,
  • Highlight and Comment feature on the latest Proxyman (https://docs.proxyman.io/basic-features/highlight-by-color-and-add-comment)
  • Export and inspect it later (The Traffic will appear on the iOS app as soon as you quit the app, but it's persisted on the Proxyman app)
  • Compose and Repeat
  • and more ...... 😄

I will support a basic Previewer like Netfox or FLEX to facilitate it 👍

If we plan to include this in Atlantis then one thing I personally expect is better UI/UIX compare to other alternatives.

And why not it's from the Proxyman team. 😇
