Describe the bug
GetQueueInfo doesn't return expected errors

To Reproduce
`go
info, err := inspector.GetQueueInfo(name)

fmt.Println(errors.Is(err, stdasynq.ErrQueueNotFound)) // false
`

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
fmt.Println(errors.Is(err, stdasynq.ErrQueueNotFound)) // true

Environment (please complete the following information):

OS: [e.g. MacOS, Linux] any
Version of asynq package [e.g. v1.0.0] v0.23.0
