If i try to add a domain, Alias, Recipient or anything i just get a red box at the bottom saying
"An error has occurred, please try again later".

Cant see to find anything useul in /var/log/syslog. Is there any Anonaddy specific logs i can use?

Resolved by rerunning :)

php artisan key:generate
php artisan migrate
php artisan storage:link

php artisan config:cache
php artisan view:cache
php artisan route:cache
php artisan queue:restart
