I know, many will have data protection concerns, but for me and hopefully others this suggestion is very useful:

It would be great to have an function (enable/disable per alias) to store email data:

Senders address
Receiving Alias
Subject
Timestamp

Simple table
Browse, filtering and search

Easy Statistic
Count emails per Sender, Day, Month

What do you think?
