Hello @fferraro87 ! We've added Italian language analyzer.
To make it work on your machine, follow next steps:

Stop the Ambar sudo ./ambar.py stop
Remove everything from ambar data folder, by default it's located in /var/opt/ambar. Check config.json dataPath property to clarify the correct path.
Change defaultLangAnalyzer in config.json to ambar_it
Run sudo ./ambar.py update to get the latest release and start Ambar
