I am trying to Upload a 117Mb .zip file with folders and subfolders but the web control does not list it or even activate the upload button when drag and drop the .zip file.

Is there any size limitation for uploading files? because smaller .zip files does work perfectly.

Yep, we have 30Mb limit on file uploading via UI. Crawler doesn't have such limitations.
