Maybe I am missing something? Is the extension only looking for 127.0.0.1:11434 ? I need to be able to point it at my big AI/GPU server on a different local subnet. Eg: desktop is 10.1.1.10/24 and server is 10.2.2.10/24.

Sadly, there’s no such feature yet. I’ll try to add it when I have time.
