Feature description

Hello,

I would like to request the inclusion of pipx in the Medium Docker image used by this tool. Currently, both the ubuntu-22.04 and ubuntu-20.04 GitHub Actions images already include pipx, as evidenced here. Therefore, I suggest that the Docker image used by this tool should also include pipx.

Since the medium Docker image is expected to support a wide range of actions, it would make sense for it to include the same software installations as those used by GitHub Actions. This inclusion of pipx in the Docker image would be beneficial for users who rely on this tool for various tasks and workflows.
