Describe feature

When you run act in a repo by default it is fairly verbose, but even when you use the --quiet option, it isn't always clear that at the end everything has succeeded. It would be nice at the very end of the run of all of the actions there was a summary printed with the action name, the result (success or failure) and maybe the time it took for that action to run.
