Act version

choco install act-cli
Chocolatey v0.10.15
Installing the following packages:
act-cli
By installing you accept licenses for the packages.
act-cli not installed. An error occurred during installation:
 The remote server returned an error: (429) Too Many Requests. Too Many Requests
act-cli package files install completed. Performing other installation steps.
The install of act-cli was NOT successful.
act-cli not installed. An error occurred during installation:
 The remote server returned an error: (429) Too Many Requests. Too Many Requests

Chocolatey installed 0/1 packages. 1 packages failed.
 See the log for details (C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\logs\chocolatey.log).

Failures
 - act-cli (exited 1) - act-cli not installed. An error occurred during installation:
 The remote server returned an error: (429) Too Many Requests. Too Many Requests

i am running this command on admin mode on powershell please assist.
