Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

I just installed (brew install act) and getting the following:
% act -P ubuntu-latest=nektos/act-environments-ubuntu:18.04 [ci] ??
Error: yaml: unmarshal errors:
line 13: cannot unmarshal !!seq into model.Job
