Unsure if this is a feature of the act repo or a minor bug.

When I was trying to run my actions locally using act it all worked but failed on github actions. The reason for this was github actions tty was set to "not a tty", whereas on my local running it all worked fine. Took a while to find the issue and iron it out.

You can check out my actions as a reference on how I had to get it running on Github using

script --return --quiet -c "<COMMAND>" /dev/null

I'd assume act would want to mimic github actions as closely as possible so this may want to be incorporated?
