When first time executing act -P ubuntu-latest=nektos/act-environments-ubuntu:18.04 it feels stuck with no response for very very long time. I thought that something isn't working right and stopped the process, and so I tried multiple times till leave it for a long time. It finds out that it was downloading 18.2GB nektos/act-environments-ubuntu image, after downloaded, the image is cached and act is executed immediately.

To avoid this confusion, please add some identifier that the image is downloading, it can be download status or a simple text like "Downloading image..."
